Kid's Day Camp

Kid’s Day Camp is Fun!

Kid’s Day Camps are themed camp days that focus on both fun and Karate skill.

Camps are run by Team Elite Members, our Black Belt Staff, and include varied and challenging activities to make your child have an enriching experience. All the things we do are designed to build confidence and character.

Camps work on the following:

  • Physical Skills, such as Strength, Flexibility and Stanmina
  • Basic Self-Defense Techniques, such as, Blocking, Striking, and grappling
  • Forms and Drills to Practice their self-defense techniques
  • Character Building and Team Exercises to teach children valuable life skills, such as, Anger Management, Non-Violent Conflict Resolution, Focus, Self-Discipline, Respect, and Value of Earning what you get.

Some of the specific things kids do during camp include, Japanese Arts and Crafts, Team Competitions, Obstacle Courses, Karate Workouts, movies, and more.... It’s also a great way for them to just be kids, have fun, and make friends. We hold camps every April vacation and over the Summer months.
