Step out left, elbow to solar plexus with right elbow, drop right hand to attackers
leg, left hand goes up to their chin (palm heel), turn into a shiko-dachi
and dump them. |
| 3. Come in right with a roundhouse elbow to the face |
Step back right with an uprising elbow, kick to knee off of front foot, knee
to solar plexus and elbow to face. |
| 4. Come in right with a roundhouse elbow to the face |
Step back right with an uprising elbow, kick to groin off of front foot, grab
behind head, pull down elbow to spine, followed by a hammer-fist. |
| 5. Uprising right elbow to chin |
Step back left, roundhouse elbow with right reverse punch, lunge punch combination,
uprising elbow to chin, knee to sweet-spot or to solar-plexus. |
| 6. Come in with roundhouse elbow to solar-plexus |
Step back right, downward elbow to arm (almost a low block), uprising elbow to
chin, knee to solar plexus. |
